Agreement

By using cloudneuralapp.digital or engaging Cloud Neural App Digital for recommendation analytics services, you agree to these terms. If you are contracting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

Services

We provide advisory and analytical services related to app analytics for neural recommendation insights, including audits, reviews, and written briefs. Descriptions and prices on this site are informational. A separate scope confirmation defines deliverables, fees, and timelines for paid work.

No platform or payment processing

This website does not provide hosted analytics software, user accounts with paid tiers, or checkout. Submitting a contact form does not create a paid contract until both parties confirm scope in writing.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your applications, recommendation surfaces, and measurement setup to the extent needed for the engagement, and to obtain any internal approvals required to share sample data or documentation.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you retain rights to your data and materials. We retain rights to our methodologies, templates, and pre-existing materials. Deliverables prepared specifically for you are licensed for your internal business use.

Confidentiality

Each party will treat non-public information shared during an engagement as confidential and use it only for performing or receiving the services, except where disclosure is required by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
